RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Mistico Artisan, we take pride in offering authentic handmade products created by talented artisans from Colombia and around the world. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at:

Include photographs of the item and packaging whenever possible so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Many of our products are individually handmade by artisans.

Small variations in color, texture, wood grain, leather, natural fibers, hand painting, weaving, stitching, or other handcrafted details are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

These unique differences make every piece one of a kind.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Special order items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases

HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original product after it has been approved and then place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements described above.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
